International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

InfernosOnly wants you be completely satsified with any purchases or dealings with our company. We believe that a happy customer is a returning customer and that requires us to work for you! Even though we are an On line hobby store, we still think of ourselves as your resource for help and support. We would love to talk to you for any support related questions regarding the products you purchase or plan to purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund.

We will accept returns of merchandise in restockable condition for up to 30 days from your date of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original undamaged, unopened container, with the products not damaged or used. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping Damage 

If merchandise arrives to you in a damaged condition, do not accept delivery. If the damage is not noted until after opening, you must first file a claim with the shipper. In all instances of returning merchandise you must first request an authorization by email or by phone! No merchandise without a return request authorization will be accepted. Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise claims must be referred directly to the manufacturer of that product. All the manufactures have instructed us to refer you claims to them.  Please note that we are not responsible for defective merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective merchandise. Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under warranty. If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please let us know and we will be happy to help you out.
